Meditate into the magic of knowing your deepest self.

When we quiet our mind, our body speaks. At first it is a whisper, and as we continue practicing, the whisper becomes a soft voice, guiding you back to your innate wisdom of what you need. Sometimes it is a simple affirmation. Sometimes it is a big nudge to change directions in life.

Meditation is a great tool to tune into the body's wisdom so that you can lead your life with a deeper trust and knowing that you are in alignment with who you are and who you are becoming.

Meditation is also powerful way to train your mind's attention on the present moment, and relieve stress. When you train your brain to release your attachment to a thought, you can find a sense of freedom and control, which promotes feelings of safety. When your nervous system is safe, a lot of healing processes are turned on, including proper digestion. Try it and see!

Open to all levels of meditators, whether you are a beginner or advanced. Meditation has changed my life and I hope this can be a powerful tool for you as well.

Once a month I host in-person meditation classes in Vancouver, BC on the third Monday of the month.

We will sample different meditation techniques including yoga nidra, visualizations, affirmations, vipassana and walking meditation. Heather is a certified meditation teacher and has been teaching classes online for several years. She strives to create a safe space for all to simply be.
